Pretty much obligatory to do a close-up Horse when you live in Newmarket, right?

Still getting to grips with the new Askar glass – but this is a target I’ve wanted to image close in for a long time. It’s a little short of 6 hours of integration time, so a target I’ll definitely return to – and there are some interesting gradients present which I struggled to contain at times – but as an image I’m pleased with it.

If I ever make an avant garde EDM EP, I’ll probably use this as the cover!
