There’s a big jump in the timeline here, a glitch in the matrix if you will…
Hard drive failures, a lack of website backups (and a big hole in WayBack machine indexing) means that a chunk of the posts from this time period are lost to the ether – I’ve still got most of the raw images from this time, and some processed stuff – but my memories of what I captured and how are somewhat vague. I REALLY promise that I’ve started to keep much better processing notes now.
We also spent the latter part of 2023 (and most of 2024) living on a building site as we embarked on a complete renovation and extension project on the house. It DOES mean that I can now type this from my nice comfy warm office (overlooking the area that I set my scopes up in).
Here are bunch of random images that I took around this time – annoyingly some of my best work – and I’ve got no detail to share for the most part.
Still – the stars aren’t going anywhere soon – and as long as the clouds play nice, I can revisit this stuff in greater detail – until then, here’s a bunch of random images from what we’ll call “The Dim Period” – Mid 2023 to mid 2025…
